SkyePharma to collaborate with Dr. Reddy's

SkyePharma announced that it has entered into an agreement with Dr. Reddy's Laboratories to undertake a feasibility study with a new product utilizing two of SkyePharma's drug delivery systems.

The cost of the study will be assumed by Dr. Reddy's and SkyePharma will receive an upfront payment. Full development of the program will begin later this year, upon the successful results of the feasibility study.
